I'm surprised that no one has started a thread on the latest issue of Dungeon yet.
Because some of us ain't got it yet. :) (But, actually, I don't even start to expect mine until 14 days past Paizo's announced ship date - which I'm cool with.)
All in all, another spectacular issue from the people at Paizo!
I can't wait for this one! (Aw, hell, who am I kidding - I can't wait for every issue of Dungeon. It's pretty much the only d20 product I actually look forward to nowadays!)

Robert/Steel,

Are you a subscriber or did you order online? *isn't a subscriber simply because he's WAY overbudgeted as it is* I'd make many a Hollywood people happy with my overspending. :p

It's been a while since I started a thread on the magazine; I'd gotten used to people (usually closer to the west coast) getting their issues before me, hence my surprise.

Economics!

Nightfall, that's a little silly. :) Basically if you buy five issues of Dungeon (or, for that matter, Dragon) from a store each year, you're better off subscribing to the magazine! (Includes gasoline and/or public transit costs.) Especially if you resubscribe for three years, when the price per issue is really low ($3.08 per issue instead of $7, or $36.98 per year on a three-year subscription instead of $84).

And don't say you don't have a checking account - money orders are available at the super market. ;)

It's only a little silly when you barely cover your expenses and have already had like 20 overdrafts. :p

So believe me I'm working on NOT spending that much even though I enjoy Dungeon AND Dragon.

I'm a subscriber.

Given the disparity between the cover price in CDN funds + tax and a subscription cost, I saved 60% by subscribing.

My first issue came lickety split.

This current issue is my second issue I'll be getting from Paizo (or not getting, as the case may be). And I am getting annoyed.

It's a bit early to start getting cranky, I should think. The magazine doesn't hit the newsstands until the 7th of June. It's making its way across the country, and should get to you shortly.

Patience! :)

Erik,

I'm always patient. I mean it's not like you guys are Robert "I write 20 books and no end insight!" or Goodkind "I must write more even if the story is no longer interesting!"

Steel/Rob,

Good deal. If it works for you, that's all good.
