Dungeon #150

*sniff* :(

I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, I can't wait to read "Prince of Demons" and the rest of the amazing-sounding content in this issue; on the other, of course, I wish it didn't have to end. At least I likely have a couple of weeks of anticipation until it gets here. :\

Here's to the Dungeon staff at Paizo! Thanks for the great work!

Nice stuff. Can't wait for the issue myself and, yes there's an echo in here, will be sad to see it end.

Now the horrible and agonizing wait for WotC's Digital Initiative to start already. They have a really huge shoe to fill...

Question, what's the Fiend-Sage? Don't think I recall that particular being.

Also, is the klurichir stats in Prince of Demons?

He was the "narrator" of some monster articles in the Living Greyhawk Journal that was in Dungeon for awhile.

Think Volo from the FR.

But with more damage reduction, more Hit Dice, more snake heads, and more peril.

Shade answered it pretty well. He's an unusually well-informed molydeus, a spellcaster at that, who dwells in the Greyhawk city of Rel Astra, usually advising the city's ruler, Drax the Invulnerable.

The only klurichir in "Prince of Demons" is Gromsfed the Drowned, Demogorgon's War Secretary-General.

I've never bought Dungeon, since our group's other DM had a subscription, but now that he's no longer DMing, he has agreed to loan me his collection. I may have to pick up this final issue for the index, if nothing else.

The fiend-sage was an entity that reported on unusual creatures in Greyhawk. He appeared in several issues of the short-lived Living Greyhawk Journal. These articles were written by Sean K Reynolds. I'll be very interested to see the write-up.
