The maps issue is a pretty big one for area 13. While the area is supposed to be rough mine, this is a square based ruleset. Having it apparent which squares are available is important, especially in a fight with
five large creatures
&
rocks falling
into randomly determined squares.

Yeah, I'd be down with printable maps. I'm running low on resources (got all of Paizo's maps and all of the DDM Fantastic Locations, plust a Starship troopers box set with a bunch of generic "Terrain" maps)
 

I'd really like to see maps provided in a vector format of some kind (preferably Adobe Illustrator files), or barring that an print quality (300+ pixels per inch) image or PDF file at close to 8.5 x 11.
 

Haven't they been releasing image galleries of the art in Dungeon, including unkeyed maps, for a while? I know they did last month.
 

Yes, but this older adventure didn't have the hi-res art as part of a gallery. I don't recall exactly when, but they didn't start doing this until later.
 

They may not have retroactively provided them for older issues, but they do provide map galleries (keyed and unkeyed) for Dungeon, and art galleries for Dungeon and Dragon now. All of which are the reasons why I do have a DDI subscription now. It would be cool if WoTC went back and made galleries for past issues, but I'm not going to hold my breath for them.
