There is a short preface right before the stats, but I can't remember whether it said anything about their official status as not. I can check when I get home if your question remains unanswered then....

Orcus is higher powered in the online Creature Catalogue; I'd use those stats rather than Dungeon's weaker version.

Those stats sound wussified...use Scotts, its what Necromancer is using.

I prefer the Dungeon one

I prefer the Orcus stats in Dungeon over the ones from the Creature Catalog. In fact, I think all the demon lord in the CC are super inflated.

I wouldn't count on the Dungeon stas begin "official" (why it matters I don't know) since they were made long before the changes to the Epic power levels. I'd wait until Dieties and Demigods comes out before I'd make a final descision.

There's a little article floating around the boards that supposed to be from Deities and Demi-gods. Herc is a twentith level fighter and twenthist level barbarian. I'll post the link for it. Hercules

You might have to flip through but I'm sure it on page 1, 2 or three, that they have Physical Str listed for him.
