I have em!

I have them and they are really cool. More outdoor stamps is what I could use. Bigger trees would be nice. I can't think of anything else. It looks like you covered most.

Peace and smiles :)

I would find them most useful for terrain impediments -- trees and bushes, boulders, that kind of thing.

They'd have to be absolutely safe on dry-erase surfaces before I'd use them though. I'd be hesitant to risk using them on my Tact-tiles if they might stain.

Feedback

I love the stamps, since getting them my group has made quick and frequent use of them. Here's some feedback on the proposals, and other things I'd like to see:

Set 1 Outdoor Set:

I really don't need more trees. If I want a 2 inch tree I'd rather quickly stamp out four one in trees, and save the stamp for something else, like a boulder. Color ink is nice though.

Set 2 Door set:

you've already done single and double doors, but I understand the desire to make a new set. you might get a better response from people with the first set if you make something else new and not have 2 repeats (though the trap door is excellent), a portcullis for example.

I like the other set and the expansion set. Other things I would like include; a sarcophagus, a pentagram, and alter, and something like a liquid stamp (to denote water, acid or something similar.

thank you and keep up the good work!

Has anyone tried these on a set of Tac-Tiles ?
They look pretty cool but I don't want to ruin my tiles.

KB, you are not the first to ask us this question. Thomas Belcher at BC Products (makers of tact-tiles) had asked us the same question when he meet us at Gen Con, Indy. At the time we had not tested it on dry-erase boards, but with Thomas standing right there we tested the ink on the dry-erase board that we had set-up at our booth and it worked perfectly. Thomas said that if it worked on the dry-erase board than it should work on the tac-tiles.

The ink that we supply with the stamps is similiar to Vis-a-vi, but differant. I don't know what chemicals make it differant, but what I do know is that our ink is less permanent than the pens. But to forewarn, we have yet to "officially" test it on the tiles.

Thank you KB and everyone else for your posts so far. Keep the input coming, it has already been extremely useful.

Hey, I just saw the ebay listing; I might buy the demo set. Great idea for cheapies like me. :D

Also, do you have any plans to have a basic wall stamp? It would be a lot of fun (especially when the group might return to the same site again & again) to do the entire map on large graph paper and keep it for later use.

Maybe a small set of 3 could have a wall, curved wall, and a crenellated battlement for rooftop fun.

In regards to the wall idea, we are looking into a very innovative way to handle wall stamps. We have a few prototypes being tested at the moment and when a final design is decided upon, I will post it.

Question: What have you thought of the actual artwork used for the stamps? We are redisigning the chair at the moment (We have had feed back that it is a little confusing), but any suggestions on the other stamps?

Thank you all again for your comments and opinions
