Was there a beholder in the movie that I missed?

When the heroes are discussing Xenk Yendar (the Paladin), Simon says he heard that Xenk "killed a beholder with a sharpened gourd". And then in the credits there's an animation of a beholder getting killed by what we can assume is a sharpened gourd.

(So I guess it turns out that my 9-year-old's insistence that we stay for ALL of the credits had some value after all.)

God I wish this movie was gonna get a sequel. I loved it so much, and it's doing so bad.
