My guess -- bullete and illithid. The silhouettes at the end of the article resemble those two: bullete could be the last one in the first row, and illithid might be the second one in the last (fifth) row.

And they have the same double letters (ll).

Oh, and if you tweak the brightness and contrast, you'll see the facial tentacles.

ANd after all these years and all D&D editions [OD&D, AD&D, BD&D, Revised BD&D, 2E, 3E and 3.5E], vampires still have life draining claws?

"LL" could work if it is pronounced i-lith-id instead of il-lith-id.

Also, I'll recant my previous statement on the vampire, the Powers in the minis game DO diverge a LOT more than the rules do from 4E. Maybe in PnP they have vampires are doing some Legacy of Kain close range blood sucking where the blood telekinetically flies out of the victim's wounds into the vampires mouth

I too would prefer actual bloodsucking vampires. This is one of the things I had initially hoped would change in 4E.

3.0 gave them mechanical means to blood suck, it is just that in D&D, a vampires claws drain out life force when striking a foe in combat. Generally in most other fiction, a vampires claws are only dangerous because the vampire has enough strength behind them to fling victims across the street.

Shrieking Hag (Row 4, Column 1)

Not sure what the other six are though.
