Contrary to frankthedm's post, it doesn't appear in the D&D Rule Cyclopedia.

i'm verifying sources while upgrading the monster for the Creature Catalog (the website, not the book! heh)

so i have it appearing in module X5 – The Temple of Death (1983, David Cook), DMR2 - Creature Catalog (1993), and Mystara Monstrous Compendium Appendix (1994). if there are any others you can think of, let me know.

I believe that it was also in the original edition of the Creature Catalogue (Code AC9) (1986).

well my Expert Boxed set came out before X5 so i doubt it is in there. but i'll check.

and the dusanu is too low powered to be in the Companion or higher ones.

It's not in the original blue box Expert set or the Companion Set. It could be in the later blue box (the one with separate player & DM books) -- I don't have that one so I can't check.
