Duskblade Handbook, Arcane Strike -- not right?

As it is, a Duskblade can pretty much use Arcane Strike every single round of every single combat after a while?

So as the mages or mage/warrior multiclass characters of the same level. Especially if those are non-preparation casters such as sorcerer, warmage, beguiler, dread necromancer, etc. In general, they have more spell slots in total.

Also, I just generally hate that they get so many spells per level.

It is a personal taste, so each person may feel differently. But I have DMed a campaign which a single class Duskblade attended from the 4th to 21st level. I never had any issue on duskblade having a lot of spell slots per level. They don't have higher level spells anyway. Those slots are useful. But never be overpowerd. Also, easy to track down as they do not prepare spells.
