A bit off topic of bachelor parties, but on-topic with the whole "best man responsibilities":
If you're stumped for a good witty line to use in your toast, I heard this one at a wedding a few years ago:
[Adressing the newly married couple]
"As a symbolic gesture, [Insert Groom's Name Here], place your hand upon [Insert Bride's Name Here] hand. Take a deep, long loving look at that and cherish it here and now, for it is the last time that you will ever have the upper hand in your relationship."
I never had to use it, since the only wedding I was a best man in was my younger brother's, and there was plenty of material there
