Dwarven Barbarians + Heavy Armor

Dwarves can move at their full base speed even while wearing medium or heavy armor or while carrying a medium or heavy load, and Barbarians only get their speed increase when not in heavy armor or carrying a heavy load. But what about the dwarven barbarian? Should he get his speed boost even while wearing heavy armor? I'd say the rules say no, but what are you're opinions? Is it too much?

The Dwarven natural ability doens't outweigh the class limitation of a Barbarian.

The Dwarf doesn't get the extra Barbarian movement in heavy armor.

Barbarians lose their extra speed when in heavy armor, the dwarven ability doesn't affect that, only the usual detriment of medium/heavy armor.
