Dwarven Forge MasterMaze!

And you'd need near a half-a-million dollars to buy a house in San Fransisco. Expense is relative.

Are you saying a thousand dollars is less expensive in California? :)

If so, I want to pay a Californian 500 bucks to give me a thousand dollars :)

No he's saying "Come over here" *smacks Kershek alongside the head* (just a joke:D ) Hey Dr. M that looks real good except for one thing, you know Green and White dragons don't mix, It's Green and Red dragons to get that extra explosive power from the cholrine gas:p

What about these tiles? Also, I can't wait until I'm not a Poor College Student and can afford this!! Then a house to put it in :)

It looks very impressive. Problem I have with it, is that it is a pain to set up. The players will have a general idea of how large an area is, just based on what you have prebuilt for the game...

You can get the plaster molds for dungeons at http://www.hirstarts.com

My group scratch builds a lot of scenery stuff, as well as using Master-Maze and Hirst Arts molds. (I have the cavern set, the basic room set, and Wicked Additions II). I also have several armor-cast pieces (cathedral walls, fieldstone walls, tombstones, etc). Three members of my group are really into painting miniatures (me included!) and one member actually has a sculpture degree.

Do people really use this stuff? Yes! Well, we do. Check out http://www.arrakis.homeip.net/gallery/

We don't assemble full dungeons, but rather 'set the scene' area by area, indoors and outdoors. Some of the more memorable battles have been aboard flying airships (we used model boats), flaming temples, and atop icy peaks.

Scratch Building is easy! You don't have to buy expensive dungeon blocks. Get a set of kids wooden blocks and some plastic wedding cake collumns- suddenly you've got cover for an ambush and three dimensions to play around in.

The closer we get to Halloween, the better things will be for scratch building, too! Stock up on fake spiderwebs, plastic monsters, little skeleton thingies and the like.

Hirst Arts molds are WONDERFUL, the best scenary construction system... and the cheapest!

BTW, Will, have you received my yesterday's mail? I'm re-sending it now, so maybe you will receive it twice ;)
