Dweomerkeeper (CD WE)

Ok, so I really like the idea of a Dweomerkeeper Villain. I'm not using FR, so she can be of an evil god of magic. My players are all very twinked out, so I am expected to twink her too. They are not quite Epic but they can defeat epic stuff anyway. The just defeated 3 CR21-23 creatures in a row, just with the DCs of their attacks tones down.

What spells are best for Su Spell? For spellmantle?

So, here's a Succubus/Silverwraith Cleric1/Wiz4/Dweomerkeeper10/Mystic Theurge3 (CR22? At this level I think that the Succ is only worth a couple CRs)
