e-tools - how good is it?

I know that when e-tools first came out, there were a lot of complaints about it. Now that it's been out for awhile, how's it looking?
How are the developers doing with the update to 3.5?

In all fairness, it's almost like a completely different animal. It's far more functional than its ever been. The basic status is CMP has done a lot to expand the program's capabilities (within its inherited limitations) and data set bugs are fixed monthly with free updates to any data sets you've purchased. Most errors in data sets can be fixed by users, anyway.

Template support is a big plus. They've included almost all of the templates available. If there is a template missing, you can edit or create your own in the house rules editor.

There is a forum specifically for E-Tools (accessible from the E-Tools menu on the left) with subcategories.
