Am I right in thinking Eagle Eye Goggles work with Eldrich Blast and Magic Missile?

Does it say they may be used "as ranged basic attacks" or that they may be used "when ____ calls for a ranged basic attack."

Former: Yes.
Latter: No.

Our table generally allows them, as both Eldritch Blast and Magic Missile are in fact Ranged Basic Attacks. Our Warlock is in love with both Eagle Eye Goggles and Bracers of Perfect Shot because of this.

Former: Yes.
Latter: No.

The exact wording is "This power counts as a ranged basic attack. So I'd say that was even more clearly in the "yes' column.

Yes.

They count as basic ranged attacks, and the goggles give a bonus to ranged attacks.
Magical rods and wands give an enhancement bonus, while the goggles give an item bonus, so they stack.
