Does the temporary boost to your CHR, from the Eagle's Splendor spell increase the amount you can cure (if used during the spell's duration)?

And would the extra curing (over your regular amount) be different... temp etc.?

Yes, if I had a paladin under the buff spell all his charisma related ability would be enhanced for the duration of the spell, unless explicitly stated that it can't

Yes, of course.

No. The rules as written dictate that the paladin has points of LoH equal to <paladin level> x <present CHA mod> per day. It is unambiguous what the paladin can do at any point in time given what he has used so far in that day.

The paladin would need to fully exhaust his Lay on Hands ability for the day to take full advantage of it. The way I see it you keep track of total usage of Lay on Hands and compare it to whatever the current CHA bonus dictates as a maximum. You can get extra use of Lay on Hands while Eagle's Splendor is in effect, but you can't repeatedly cast the spell to get you 2x(Paladin Level) hp usage of Lay on Hands each time you cast the spell. It's analogous to the way CON bonuses effect hp, compared to how temporary hp work.
