Khorvaire is a fairly big place. What with regional accents being affected by exposure to elven, dwarven, orcish and goblinoid it is going to depend on where you are from. This is one of the reasons that there isn't a pronounciation guide.

That's the pronunciation I've heard in the promo vids for the upcoming D&D video games.

I've always said it like ken-ichi does. But yeah, like Stone Dog said Keith mentioned that Eberron is a big place with different dialects, so people there's not an "official" way of pronouncing anything (I go with "sire" for Cyre too).
