Eberron source material - loooong wait?

Do you think WotC is producing a sufficient quantity of material in a timely manner to support Eberron, considering the big hoopla that surrounded the campaign world's birth?

Yes, I think they have been releasing material at just the right pace. I've been able to keep up with the releases even with my other gaming and game related reading, but probably would not be if it was coming out much faster. Plus they've been doing a great job with supplementary support on their websire, and in Dungeon (and to a lesser extent Dragon), so fans hungry for more info have the ability to get a little more than what's coming out in the major releases.

More importantly, quality is far more important than quantity, and so far they've been doing a pretty good job keeping the quality up. I'd hate to see that trend reverse.

I think so. Yeah, there was apretty big stretch after the ECS release before we got the first major sourcebook, but thats fine by me. Gives peple more time to digest and get used to the setting and its core principles and ideas before layering on new material. Now it looks like we'll be getting a major sourcebook eveyr 2-3 months.

I'd rather they step up the pace JUST a bit. After Sharn came out, April is a little long to wait for Races of Eberron and Five Nations doesn't come out until July. However I do know that they are already spreading themselves just a bit thin right now with their D&D, Forgotten Realms, Eberron and D20 lines so I can't be too bitter.
Other than that I am happy.

I'm only playing in an Eberron game, but from what I've seen I'd say that the current pacing is about right. Its one of those settings where you don't want too much rushed out too quickly.

I'd much rather be in the current situation than have them try to start rushing products out the door and see the quality drop.

The pace up until now have been a little slow for sourcebooks (ECS in August or something, Sharn in November, and Races in April), but looking ahead it seems it's picking up a bit. I'd like to see about one book every two months, maybe down to five a year or so. That's not counting small things like adventures or DM Screens of course, just "real" sourcebooks.
