I'm new to GMing Eberron, and have been wondering how best to use the Draconic Prophecy - specifically having the players scrutinise the Signs & Portents and turhing these into an understanding of a particular prophecy:
Seems like I could devise some cryptic passages and give them to the players straight up, or I could provide them with a straight up gist of it's clauses, or build a skill challenge around it before they get either of these.
I'd live to hear what approach people have taken, and anything else Prophecy related.
