I like the magic trains. The artwork looked cool too. I'll probably get it to play the RPGA campaign that's coming out in August 2004 to support the setting.

It will be interesting to see if the campaign book will use a lot of artwork to help describe the look and feel of the setting. I think it is something they should do.

Hi Keith! :)

Congratulations on winning and with what looks like a very interesting setting. I'm looking forward to seeing and learning more.

I agree with Wizardru in that the art/design evokes something of Edgar Rice Burroughs (not sure if that was conscious or subconscious, but its certainly welcomed and heightens the swashbuckling nature you are trying to evoke). Kudos also to the designers for that.

Anyway (I am sure someone must have asked this before) I am wondering if we will ever see your 1 page submission (naturally after Eberron is released I mean)? I must say I would be very interested to see what caught the eye of the judges...I also find it hard to imagine someone came up with a better tag line for their setting than me. :p

Congrats Keith!!

I'm glad a better scan was provided. While I normally don't like to mix anything that hints of technology into my campaigns, I thought this looked good. I liked the art alot, and as someone mentioned earlier, it reminded me of Talislanta. I think the two beasts in particular might be bringing that world to mind.

I hope the campaign guide is heavy on art as well. Fantasy artwork is why I picked up my first D&D book, and it helps me immerse myself in a world.

Good luck Keith, and I look forward to seeing more.

For those of us who like the art and are hoping for more of it, maybe we can convince WotC to do a graphic novel that covers more of the tour adventure alluded to in the preview brochure.
