Bekah looked over at the old woman Rana, who seemed to be talking to the spider; but honestly who knew with that batty old crone! Idly she wondered if her magic let her just talk to spider; no, that would be too old specific but once again....

"Does your spider friend know how many of those things are out there?" she asked. "It might be handy to know that and how many other bigger spiders are around."

OOC: Asking a lot of a 1 INT spider

Rana's odd communication with the creature allows for it and others all others around her to communicate. (so as not to slow up pbp)

The small creature climbs higher now level with Bekah as it says, "All. We are all here."

"Well this was fun," Bekah grimaces at the small spider. "Bit of bad luck us not being able to help with this chest, that locket looked like it was worth a fair bit."

Turning on her heel she looks the way they came, "Have we walked far enough to earn a drink?"

The old woman just made a 'Patience, patience' gesture with her hand. "Now this is interesting to me. All here? And what do you all do, all day long? (Aside from building these wonderful webs, hm?)"


OOC: Do we see any deklo trees from here, EB? There wouldn't happen to be some branches of the stuff lying about, would there...?

Templeton fishes some flint & steel from his pack and with 3 firm strikes lights a torch from the same pack. " Spiders may not be me speciality...but I routed some of the sticky buggers outta a cellar more n' once! Fire be the key!" He demonstates by sticking the torch into some nearby webbing.
