Haven't you been paying attention, there are a lot of people pissed off because of that line of text, it should be so simple to change that line, it's rediculous!

That way, no offense is made in the direction of RPGnow, because is the first site period that offers gaming e-books using Adobe DRM.

I could understand that someone made a mistake last monday, but now it just makes the impression that you just don't care...

Hey I encourage such press releases.

It makes it easier to keep track of companies for whom I will no longer be a customer.

And... Eden bats 0 for 2...

What really burns me up about this whole business is that I'm heading to the city this afternoon (about a 6 hour drive) and was ready to buy some books from Eden. But now I wont be doing that. If only they had waited a week to sign on. I could have purchased their product with a clear conscience, sure I would have felt bad afterwards but I would still have them. I think something in this world doesn't actually want me to ever play Armageddon .

However I'm do have some other things to buy that this frees up cash for.

Edit: That reminds me, I should make list of everyone on drive thru so that I don't actually purchase anything by them.

Well I guess when I cant feed my kids I guess I have you to blame.

...and when Eden stops producing games all you have to blame is you and the other people who would boycott us (and other publishers).

You know I just drove back from the Licensing show this morning to read crap like this and other stuff from retailers.

Eden Studios made a buisness decision.

We are not violating anyones rights.

You still have a choice to not buy a PDF since we product hardcopies. So make the choice to buy it as a hardcopy.

Boycotting the hardcopy sales because you dont like what we are doing with our PDF policy is TOTAL BULL:):):):).

Im sorry for sounding harsh but Im sick of the complaints.

Im trying to listen with an open mind but when you and others make comments like this - how can I? Now you are PERSONALLY attacking my business. For what end? What do you think you stand to achive by not supporting us?

Do you want to see RPG prices raised to compinsate for lower
sales?

Do you want to see PDF only product when sales are too low to print?

Im sorry. Im really pissed now. Instead of taking my wife and kids to lunch like I planned since I havet seen them since Monday - I better just take them home and eat mac and cheese since I better save my money since ALL our sales are gonna take due to customers like JavaDragon.

(shakes head)

Damn! These are people too you know! Yes, it's not as professional as one might have hoped, but have you seen some of these posts? Some people just signed up at ENworld to spout crap, yes we're not happy with Adobe DRM, but do we need to get rude about it? I'm not suprised that a publisher couldn't handle the :):):):) storm of awfull comments and made a passionate statement. What i am suprised about is that after all this crap, press releases like these are still being posted, even if it was by people like Andy "The Fall Guy"...
