And what does TSR have to do with this topic anyway, since it's WIZARDS OF THE COAST that invented Dungeons and Dragons. I can prove this. Where did D&D come from? Some obscure minatures game called ... (wait for it) CHAINMAIL! And WHO INVENTED CHAINMAIL? That's right, WIZARDS OF THE COAST. I don't even know who this "TSR" is. It sounds like some no-name subsidiary of, I don't know, a TOY COMPANY or something. Or maybe it's an acronym from the old DOS days. One way or the other, this is the worst sort of blatant trolling I've ever come across on this newsgroup. The UNITED NATIONS will hear of this.

That was a pretty good Ruin Explorer impression. I have to admit that my experience with newsgroups is limited, so I have to guess this was also an attempt to emulate posts from one of those?

The thing is, to get serious (well, semi-serious, given the subject matter), I'd seen the "TSR/Nazi" thing so many times, that I felt some months ago that I had to say something about it. I didn't think much of TSR, but facts are facts...TSR did some stupid and hateful things, but this wasn't one of them. It was just irritating to see people keep perpetuating the myth without actually checking the facts of it. That's just laziness.

Oh, and I have explained where "ColonelHardisson" came from...his stats are somewhere out there in cyberspace...
