Chariot of Fire... what, is Sustarre a PI term? ;)
Close enough, I think. As I understand it, the name refers to a man named Dennis Sustare, who is mentioned in the 1e PHB credits, probably one of Gygax's players. Some googling shows that he's also written Bunnies & Burrows and some other stuff.

Psion summed it up nicely.
True. Couldn't have done better. I got Eldritch Sorcery and am very happy with it! :)

Does anyone use it along side with Spell Compendium? How do they stack up?
Very well to the best of my knowledge. I haven't had any issue with them so far.

We're using both. I think the danger of that is it can sort of blur the focus of casters a bit. Our druid is almost like a blaster mage by means of milking both for all the druid area effect spells. I didn't mind so much for this campaign, since we had no straight arcane casters and she's a weak shifter. But it's something to keep in mind when using both.

Between this and the "player flipping for the spell" factor, I think its a good reason to put a cap on the number of additional spells you allow divine casters to pull from supplements. I'm thinking Wis modifier per spell level.

The one book I think I won't be allowing next time around is the mongoose ultimate divine spellbook. Mages get more focus so I was allowing it, but more spells need nerfing therein.

I'm running a conjurer in Shilsen's saturday campaign. Is there much that would be of use/interest. Shil does tend to keep a fairly tight reign on what's permitted, so it will have to be pretty well balanced.

Most people have a different opinion of what balance is so it is hard to say what he would allow. I will list the number of new Conjurer spells of each level though

Yeah, but they have published mostly through White Wolf and Troll Lord Games, and now they are going through Kenzer and White Wolf. If you have looked at anything of theirs before it was most likely the Tome of Horrors monster books.

I have met store owners with the ToH's, Lost City of Barakus, City State of the Invincible Overlord, and the Wilderlands boxed set on their shelves and they still didn't know who Necromancer was, they think of them as White Wolf or Troll Lord Games.

If you haven't looked at their stuff before I strongly suggest you do, especially if you want adventures.
