I use obsidian portal for our wiki and Old School DM for keeping track of hit points and effects.

I run Pathfinder.

I use Hexographer and Dungeonographer to make maps, Hero Lab for characters/NPCs, and Combat Manager to track initiative, hp, encounters, and to look up rules.

We also share a Dropbox folder, wherein campaign and character information gets put.
