Elemental Archon

Hello all,

Looking for a little help, It looks like I will settle on an Elemental Archon for a PrC for a cleric. With all that is going on in the campaign it is the perfect class. I noticed it in 3.0 material but not in 3.5 material. Looking at the changes to Stormlord in the the Faith and Pantheon (3.0) and Complete Divine (3.5). What would be the proper changes for the Elemental Archon. Again thank you in advance for the help on this site.

I see nothing that needs to be adapted to 3.5. Use as is.

You might want to reduce the energy resistance given in the class (since by 3.5 rules you deduct resistance from damage from each effect, while in 3.0 it's how much you absorb each round). 5/10/20 should probably be good. But other than that and the obvious changes (no more Scry, Wilderness Lore is now Survival), I agree with Kae, it's fine as-is.

I thought about reducing the energy resistance, but then I considered the resist energy spell:

The subject gains energy resistance 10 against the energy type chosen (....)The value of the energy resistance granted increases to 20 points at 7th level and to a maximum of 30 points at 11th level.

The numbers aren't so far out there (and at level 10, I believe the resistance is irrelevant anyway, since you become immune to your damage type).
