Elementals and subdual damage

It seems that subdual damage is somehow tied to your stamina, cause those creatures without Con are immune to subdual damage. I think that if it has a Con score, it can get fatigued, and subdual damage is IMO something like beating the energy (in the sense of stamina) out of people (and elementals and monsters and all).

One can only hope, but I doubt it. Hell, I'm not even gonna hold my breath hoping that they replace death spell with something else. Nobody even caught that in the Arms & Equipment Guide, and from a GD's point of view, that's just sickening.
