[ELH] Epic questions ;)

Ok, let's assume this 20th level character: Rogue 3/Wizard 6/Arcane Trickster 10/Incantatrix 1

From 21st level on, only the Arcane Trickster level will be increased.

>>>>> Ok, just downloaded the web enhancement... writing this reminded me of overhearing, that there were most of the PrC already covered! :)

Some of my questions have been answered already as noted below (->), the others would still require an answer! <<<<<

I assume a Bonus Feat every 4 levels would be fair (equal to Assassin, who also gets Sneak Attack every 2 levels and some other minor goodies).

-> The Web Enhancement indeed lists one bonus feat per 4 levels.

Now my questions are about spellcasting progression mainly.

Will the spells per day increase for another 3 levels (until 20th caster level is reached), or stop at 20th character level?

-> The Web Enhancement answers this one, too. Spells per day indeed increase until 20th caster level is reached.

Can I choose Improved Spell Capacity for 10th spell level, even if I do not have reached the spells per day of a 20th level caster, but do have access to 9th level spells already (i.e. 17th level caster)?

Another question on Improved Manyshot. How are you supposed to fulfill the BAB 21+ requirement, when BAB does not increase after 20th level!?

Do you also think, that the Sorcerer should get a bonus feat every 4 levels only compared to a Wizard (comparing the pre-epic class progression mainly). Or would that hinder the Sorcerer's spell progression too much? In that case, the Arcane Trickster maybe should also get one bonus feat every 3 levels, I suppose, as that class has full spellcasting progression as well (there are not many good examples on this)! But I suppose, that would be too much to ask for, hehehe!

One more question.

When an epic feat lists an prerequisite ability (i.e. Dex 25+ for Blinding Speed), does the character have to have a natural attribute that high, or do inherent bonuses to the attribute in question also count?

I'm fairly certain you can take Improved Spellcasting Capacity 10th, since you have 9th level spells and (assuming) Int 20. Unless the prereqs prevent this, I don't see why not (book not with me).

Epic BAB "counts" for getting Improved Manyshot. It's not clear at all, I know.

The Sorcerer Epic progression looks fine to me. IIRC, the Trickster also gets sneak attack, which is why he only gets bonus feats every 4 instead of every 3 (IMO).

Inherent bonuses count (as if they were "natural"). Always actually. I'm a little sketchy on magic items counting for prereqs, but I think the official word is that they count also, but this may vary from DM to DM, so check with your DM.

Later!

Magic items count in our campaign, but if you lose the item, you lose the prereq, and thus the feat. Kinda makes it dangerous to trust in items when Disjunctions can be around the corner
