Elvish Thinblade

I bet if it was made by NINJA elves, it would do even more damage. :)

Don't be silly. It wouldn't do more damage, it would have the non-magical ability to decapitate anyone it hits. Everyone knows that decapitation is the preferred method of Ninja killing.

You're right!

Thinkatana, Elven: This rapierlike weapon is the size of a katana, but weighs only as much as a ninja-to. Dexterous elf ninjas and ronin favour it. Its thin, flexible blade slips easily into armour, or between the ribs of an enemy, which is particularly useful for elf ninjas, since their sneaking skills are obviously uber.
You can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to attack rolls with an elven thinkatana. If you are an elven ninja or an elven pirate dinosaur ninja, you may apply your Dexterity modifier and your Strength modifier both because of your obvious superiority to everyone else.

Rystil, I can't believe you forgot that these groups also add their WIS modifier to-hit because they have lived so long through so many battles that they've basically seen every maneuver under the sun anyway. Oh, and the INT bonus to damage, because once the blade is inserted through all that armor the elves know just how to turn the blade just so in order to make the blade do more damage upon exit.

Oooh ... Oooh. And ... I heard someone mention that when used against non-elves, the crit multiplier is really x3.

...

...

...

I think I'm done now. Just wanted to be snyde for a bit. Please return to the regular scheduled discussion about a weapon in the Complete Warrior.

See, I can so stay on topic ...

It is because I am not a true Ninja Elf and thus fail to truly know their ways.
