The En Guilds line has been quiet, maybe too guiet, these past few months, but this is going to change soon.
If you have an idea for a fantasy guild you wish to flesh out you are more than welcome to send in your idea. Make sure to write down a short description of your guild.
While there may well be general guilds still waiting to be explored, I would prefer to bring to life more specialized guilds, so a general wizard guild is not really neccessary, but a wizard guild that specializes in a specific form of magic can be just the thing.
The payment is through royalties, and will be discussed after you have sent in your Guild idea, and it has been approved.
When writing please note that the general look should be similar to the way the other books already published are done. No, you don't have to buy one of them to know their build, I will send you a copy of the list of sections once your idea is approved.
