The Spice must flow... From the Holy Grail
[Obligatory delurking intro] I've been here in one incarnation or another since the beginning, though I post next to never. This is not my home page, but when I visit, it feels like home. Like most, I visit nearly everyday to see who's doing what with whatever D20 product, who's developing said product, and generally to be a (usually silent) part of a vibrant, healthy community of gamers.[/Obligatory delurking intro]
With that said, Its important to recognize the community, the ENTIRE COMMUNITY, for making this place what it is. This means EVERYONE. After all, this is a site FOR FANS, BY FANS. I wanted to give a shout to all the EN World fans who make this a great place to visit. To all the posters, thanks for making this such a lively and entertaining place. To the publishers, thanks for trying to make the D20 experience better, and giving the fans the opportunity to hear about, preview, and review your contributions. To Eric Noah and his Grandma, thanks for getting that little site off the ground and cultivating it. To Morrus and the Mods, thanks for making the often thankless effort to keep this lovely beast going.
At one time or another, we all get signals crossed, have a bad day, or grow jaded (for whatever reason). We simply have to work through those times, support one another, appreciate every facets' contributions (whatever the size), and continue to nurture OUR community. This isn't Utopia, but for us D20 gamers, its the closest thing.
