Okay, so for you, would it be safe to say that the support for the site is not a meaningful factor in choosing where to buy? And making a mistake has more impact on your opinions than fixing said mistake?

Pretty much. The support of this site was a reason to check it out. Like the DRM protection at Drivethru the minimum order at E.N. left a bad taste in my mouth.

Mind you, it is not off the list, just at the bottom. Supporting this site is the main reason I did not scratch it off entirely, and will go back to check it now and again. If the policy had not been changed I would not do that much. (Pretty much what I did with Drivethru as well.)

But really, it comes down to the fact that I have never had any complaints about RPGNow at all, so why change? They have done well by me, so they get a certain amount of loyalty.

I don't currently buy PDFs, but I will buy from the ENGS.
