No, not perceptive, just remembering those previous threads where it came up. I'll be watching on the old cable modem as well most likely. Well, except for the Saturday evening seesion, have to head to the chapel for that. Small world, eh?

ArthurQ -- Harlock is referring to the General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints -- the Mormons. Twice a year there's a broadcast where the church leaders talk for two days about all kinds of stuff -- it replaces our regular church sessions for that weekend. There's always one the first weekend in April and the first weekend in October.

Yes, well to be fair, we're not really talking about religion, just the fact that my family does bear a more than passing resemblance to a poster-child Mormon family. Probably not coincidentally, but there you have it.

I thought it was funny. Personally I want the power to turn or rebuke anyone that comes up to me trying to sell me something, give me something I don't want, or ask me for money.
