I was going to do a long trek to the mysterous fir mountain.
It was going to start with the groupo wanting to go and needing to convince the chief to send them instead of the other guys. Or hurting the other guys and going in their place. Ot even just following the others in secret.
Along the way were going to be simple encounters like crossing a river, dealing with a dinosaur, and things like that. In Og I found out simple sounding encounters are complicated by the characters and their challenges.
On Fire Mountain they would have come across aliens and technology and then had to deal with that. But it is presented in such a way that the players hopefully don't realize what it all is.
What it really is is the Og version of Expedition to Barrier Peaks.
