Encounter Builder (with printing)

Antronach

First Post
So there have been a few threads that have found me some very good programs for designing campaigns and encounters. I've downloaded and messed around with a few of them (the latest being masterplan, which love). However the problem is that i don't have a computer while i play, I'm not rich enough to own a laptop. So i was hopeing to find a program which would let me print off what i created in a halfway decent fasion. but no such luck, instead I've been doing ugly cut/paste jobs. I was wondering if anyone knew a better way to do this?

Masterplan lets you export your campaign or parts of it and print them off. Have you tried that? You can read how ih the 'how to' manual that it comes with.

I just use the WotC Monster Generator and put and paste the monsters into a Word document. Most encounters fit on one sheet if you use two columns and shrink the font a bit. I'm betting we'll see an 'encounter tool' pretty soon that will take that to the next step for me, so I am hesitant to adopt anything more complex.

I am hoping for the same thing. I too cut and paste into Word, but would like something that can format into a two page encounter, similar to the Wizards module encounters.
