Oh, no prob.
Breeze: 0 lvl; evocation (air); Components V, S; Casting Time standard action; Range 25'+5'/lvl; Effect gentle gust of wind; Duration 1 round/lvl; Saving Throw none (object); Spell Resistance yes. Creates a gentle breeze blowing over an area as far as 30' from you. +1 moral bonus vs hot weather fort saves/can be used to dry damp objects or fly a kite/doesn't work in extreme conditions...concerning the morale bonus.
Wind Armour: 2nd lvl; evocation (air); Components V, S, M; Casting Time 1 standard action; Range touch; Target creature touched; Duration 1 hour/lvl (D); Saving Throw reflex negates (harmless); Spell Resistance yes. deflection bonus +4 vs melee/+6 vs ranged/target suffers -2 to ranged attacks/-10' from falling dmg calculations/material component: thin paper.
Now. I'm assuming you aren't using this information for the purposes of gaming and or spell-mongering...simply for educational research concerning the development of balanced gameplay. Otherwise I will delete this post.
I haven't found any spells that really mimic these spells...concerning level and power. Both of these spells are versatile in regards to application and defensive/offensive stance. If you are going by the PHB I'd suggest prestidigitation and protection from arrows...otherwise I don't know what to say.
Good luck.
