5E End adventure to Princes of the Apocalypse (PotA) campaign

My 2-year campaign is coming to an end over the next couple months and I wanted to end it with something other than a narrative telling how the region returns to normal and the party is celebrated like in the end of Star Wars. I do not want something to take more than a few nights of play since I feel the players are ready to move on to a new campaign. The group is finishing with the water cult ending and will be around level 13.

I was thinking of having a grand prophet show up and just a giant fight for the future of Red Larch, but would like something a bit more. Maybe another portal to something or a dragon since they have not fought one and the fighter found the dragon slaying sword in the air temple. Interested to see what you have...

Some minor villain they defeated earlier shows up, mangled and scarred, ranting about not letting anyone trample him beneath their feet ever again. He complains loudly, then whips out a scroll of Terrasque summoning.

"Tiax rules ALLLL!"

Thus begins the ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny.

I do have the pirate captain from the river keep. He escaped with the halfling and could show up in a galley being rolled on the land.
