The Matrix: Reloaded. Definitely. By far the best action movie I have seen, ever. X-2 was great, but they focused too much on Wolverine for my liking and devalued two of my favorite characters, dropping it behind The Matrix: Reloaded.

Actually in the States it was known as "John Carpenter's Vampires". ;)

Doh! Where did I get Wes Craven from? Still it gets ridiculous the amount of time we sometimes have to wait for films that don't even need to be dubbed into a foreign language.

I suppose its because we have to wait for US castoffs to be shipped over, so we end up with poor quality spliced film instead of new stuff.

In order to establish myself as the iconic american for the day, I have asserted my right to vote on a question I know nothing about except through soundbites and other people's commentary...

I voted finding nemo, because its the only one I really feel like seeing before it comes out on video....

I picked Nemo first. Next would be X-2, then Daredevil. I haven't seen Hulk yet, so I don't know if it will beat out Matrix2. The overly repetitive martial arts scenes eventually got me wishing they'd tell me how long they were so I'd know if they'd make good bathroom breaks.

Possibly from "Wes Craven Presents: They."

Yeah, that must be a bummer. I think Attack of the Clones and X2 had worldwide releases. Any others?

Matrix: Revolutions is only going to be 2 days late (think that's just because movies open on a Friday here).

The Harry Potter movies came out here at the same time.

We get homegrown movies before you like Bend it Like Beckham, Full Monty, 28 Days Later, etc.

Its got a lot better in the last few years now we usually only need to wait a couple of weeks sometimes less. I remember when it was almost standard that if it was a summer release in the USA it was a Christmas release in the UK, particularly true for PG certificate movies.
