That's what I'm talking about. Some PCs seem to feel that Diplomacy is like a Dominate spell and get frustrated that you're "nerfing their skill". When it actuality, they changed things quite a bit.

Just be ready to rapid diplomacy those same NPCs to your defense when players who have been craving a good combat finally pounce your diplomat for ending every encounter. ^_^

Say, DM how much XP is the diplomat worth?
