I agree that she would be a great recurring villian. Especially if she manages to acquire a powerful magical item later on that the pc's are questing after and uses it to increase her age/power.

She gave my players a little more trouble, but not much. In the end I had to have her use the escape tunnel. I may or may not use her again (my players weren't overly wowed by the encounter, so she wasn't very memorable for her). But I think she would be smart enough to not risk her (young) life for her treasure. She can get more treasure, or revenge (or both!), later.
