To DM: Just wanted note that allies gain +2 to initiative from Atlas' combat leader class feature.

Leaving the bodies lay, Veruzak moves toward the cabin, seeking higher ground. A the sudden sound of air filling the vacuum where the wizard stood before, followed by a loud bang as Veruzak displaces the air above the cabin.

Standing on the roof, he removes his focus for concentration from his robes and reminds Bell, They aren't "people". before starting to utter his first spell.

Catein calmly steps forward and waves its hand silently as spectral chains spring from the ground from behind the three closest enemies: two dogs and a horse. One of the dogs escapes Catein's fury, but the other dog and the horse are gathered up by the chains and pulled away from the group.

"Joven, protect us from this swarm. Hinder their steps so that they may not fight us except when we wish it."

Mighty spectral chains erupt from the ground, whipping about the entire horde of enemies, grasping at them and wrapping around their legs, arms, and/or pseudopods, hampering their march toward the group.

"That should give us some time."

OOC1: I didn't do curse damage twice it's same roll link. Next time, I'll roll with original attack and ignore in the case of miss

OOC2: It seems Martelai got two temporary hitpoints on miss with Cutting words. did you take that into account? Should I simply increase current HP by two? 10/28+5+7+2 = 24/28 (5+7 is inspiring word)

OOC3: Bell moved Martelai to N11 and Kendrick shifted 'left' which would also be N11. Please resolve.

Well, I would say that temp. HP's should always be separated from the actual HP's, but thats pretty much up to THW to decide what is best. I would recommend (22/28)+2 temp.

No, they are already used up. The beast attacked Martelai with 30/28 hp because he went first. First two HP were temporary the rest of the damage is real.

1. Gotcha.

2. I didn't take it into account. Yes, you should increase current HP by 2.

3. Martelai is in N11, since he got there first. Kendrick will be at O11 unless Mal tells me where he'd rather be before I update for round 2.[/sblock]
