ENnies 2004 logo terms of use.

First Post
This is more than a little overdue, but since the ENnies logos will probably be desirous for use on product back order catalogues I need to set down the terms of use since I am the one that drew them. I'll keep this simple.

[bq]The ENnies logo is copyright 2004 ENWorld. All rights reserved. ENWorld hereby grants you the right to use the logos in proper context with your products so long as they are linked back to the ENnies page on the web, or when in print products the words "ENnies and the ENnies logo are copyright 2004 ENWorld" appear somewhere on the same page in no less than 5 pt. font. Proper context means using the proper version of the logo with your product - i.e. bronze with nominees that didn't win, silver with silver winners and gold with gold winners.[/bq]

There, I think that pretty much covers everything. Thanks again to all who participated and hope to see you all next year.

Hey, thanks for the clarification. I still have two questions, though. Dungeon Crawl Classics #1: Idylls of the Rat King received an Honorable Mention in 2003. That leads me to two questions:

1. Is there a procedure for identifying an Honorable Mention on a print product? (Bronze logo? no logo? text only?)

2. If it involves a logo, where can I get high-res versions of the 2003 files?

Thanks,
Joseph

The original 2003 logos contain altered d20 logos so I can't license their use. I would recommend downloading the 2004 bronze logo original and changing the date to 2003, then change nomination to "honorable mention"

OK, will do. Would it be possible to get a text-editable version of the medallion? (Perhaps .psd format?) That would make it easy to change the date, and also allow changes to the generic "Award... Category... Text... Area" lines.

Thanks,
Joseph

I'll second this request. As the files stand now, my Art Director will need to spend about half an hour tidying up the logos for print use. A layered Photoshop document would be very helpful.

Thanks.

Has there been any movement on this request, BTW?

We are getting ready to use the logo on a reprint, and would really appreciate saving some time :heh:
