ENnies Peer Award Finalists Announced

The d20 industry's leading designers and publishers have cast their ballots for the prestigious ENnies Peer Award. The award committee is proud to present the top d20 products as selected by the industry's designers and publishers. One of these deserving candidates will win the ENnies Peer Award Friday, July 25th at GenCon 2003.

Congratulations to the finalists and everyone working in the d20 industry. Based on the wide number of products receiving votes and the very tight final count, it is obvious that this year produced a bumper crop of excellent titles.

A very solid slate of "best products!"

So what happens now, Mike -- is there another vote? Or do you simply use the results from the original nominations (and thus you already know the winner)?

One of those products is the winner. This year, we're using the results from the original vote to determine the finalists and the winner. FWIW, I was originally going to announce the top 5, but there were a bunch of ties. The voting was very, very close across the board.

Those products are awesome, and I'm thrilled to see Midnight and Monster's Handbook among the finalists. Just being in such good company is a great reward.

Thanks for putting this together, Mike!

Too bad there has to be only one winner. I'm not familiar with all of those, but of those I do own, they are all high quality products. All of the hard work you guys put into those projects really shines through.

No kidding. I'm glad I'm not involved in *that* voting, cause I have no idea which one I'd pick...

Jason

Luckily there was and is no voting, only nominating. It made it both easier and harder, but now we just sit back and wait. :)
