Enough With The Orc And Pie!

Of course you are using "little death" in its use as a euphemism for . . . sleep. It is true that people don't get enough sleep these days.

"little death" is also a euphemism for something we can't talk about here, as Eric and Morrus' grandmothers would not approve. But in this case, it would also likely result in an "ewwww".

I don't know, though, since I've never seen the party in question.

See, it really isn't about pie.

It's about the abstraction of the essence Monte is attempting to exemplify in the pie.

Now, if a quiche were involved...

I tried that once, Falcon.

Apparently school is out for the summer, so there will be no more book-learning until the fall.

Hong you are my new hero :D

I am still laughin.

And to rounser I found "All your pie are belong to orc!" to be extremely funny!! (however I just got done watching a particulary badly dubbed episode of Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou... so my Bad Angrish Humor button is firmly pressed...)

Hah... just to belabor the point it seems that the whole problem to the 'Orc and Pie' scenario was in the PHB the whole time:

qouted from Penny Arcade Tycho Brahe says this about NWN

" There are a couple slight alterations - not the least of which being you play it in real time - but to actually see feats like Cleave and concepts like Attack of Opportunity play out illustrates them infinitely better than my actual play. Just to make some sense of this, Cleave allows you to strike another opponent immediately after you put one down. Attacks of Opportunity are taken any time a laundry list of designated events occur - someone moves into your attack range, out of your attack range, tries to cast a spell, tries to bake a pie - but in actual play, that isn't always modeled properly."

It seems to me that the Orc should have had a rough time even getting the pie out of the oven...
