Can I pre-order a POD copy? I'm a wanting this. Sadly I find I neglect the dozens of RPG now purchases I have made unless I print them, and printing them myself is not a ( cost effectiev ) option for me anymore.

Steam & Steel Supplements

As has been mentioned before, Ronin Arts will be releasing short supplemental PDFs that require Steam & Steel. As I've had the text for months I've already digested it and, in fact, the first supplemental PDF will be released this week.

So if you don't yet have Steam & Steel -- and you have a love for steamtech devices and situations -- you'd better grab a copy of the PDF so that you're ready as soon as the Ronin Arts PDFs start hitting RPGNow.

With the Iron Kingdoms Characters Guide hitting stores soon, and Steam & Steel now available, and Eberron, I suspect a lot of steamtech goodness to start hitting existing and new campaigns. I'm trying to write these Ronin Arts PDFs with the same sense of the "generic" in mind that I do my other releases so that people can incorporate a lot of these into any steamtech campaign setting.

I'm rambling again. Sorry.

There are some sneak peeks in
this thread.

I got mine within minutes of it going up on RPGNow. (Before it got announced here for that matter...)

From what I saw that had a few things sprinkled here and there. But I'm looking for an actual preview of the PDF product before I decide whether or not to purchase it.

Very solid. But not for a month or so. We expect to have print releases of this book and Elements of Magic : Revised (as well as Powers That Be: City Council and Crystalmancy) available in July, and I will be bringing a box of them to GenCon.
Any idea what the cover price will be?

I'm a big pdf purchaser, but with art as nice as I have seen in the previews I am tempted to wait for the printed version. I won't make it to GenCon, but will probably send some cash with a friend to pick this up.

I just picked it up today via RPGNow and, on a first look through, it's very cool. It seems very well designed for dropping into a campaign, or for being used when constructing a campaign. Kudoes to ENPublishing and Christopher Allen.

Now I'm thinking that a Grim Tales campaign set up with steamworks on the surface, a Chaositech powered drow threat in the underworld, and players juiced with pulp powers via the Inspired templates, feats, and inspiration points from Adventure! d20 could make for a very cool game.

Lots of requests, but not much info on the PoD version. Can I ask again? I find that pdf books are extremely difficult for me to actually read. ;)

Unfortunately HH's gone off on holiday so can't field the questions :p

Sadly I myself have no idea what the cover price will be. Best thing might be to look at prices for other 128 page POD products?

As for previews, again, HH is on holiday so further previews in addition to the thread in the EN Publishing forum will have to wait until then, I'm afraid :(

Too late, the first one is already up! (Though I have a wierd urge to try to make Diseases and Prostesis rhyme...)

As soon as I find four more dollars worth of stuff I want I will purchase it.

The Auld Grump, my, that was fast...
