Darn the MAC team!!! The MAC has done so weel in the past years and had such a great year in football. Then they go it opening round in this.

Well, I'm off to watch Kentucky wail on poor Floeida A&M and then see Washington beat UAB.

Woohoo! One of my upsets actually came through as Pacific beat Providence. Now if Louisville can hold off Xavier and Washington can outlast UAB my night will be good.

What a set of games. Florida A&M stayed with Kentucky a lot longer then they should have. it was 60-52 at the end of the first half. Of course the second half it was never really close.

And that UAB Washington game was so faced paced. I think that's the highest scoring game of the tourney so far. Washington just couldn't make free throws. I haven't seen specific stats, but watching the game it seemed to be the difference.

The only upsets I see....Central Florida beating Pittsburgh (yeah, I know that's a longshot).

Well, they didn't take it, but boy was that a close game. Makes me feel a little vindicated picking Central Florida to begin with.

Only 4 lower seeds advice and one of them is a 9. The field is only 32 and now the games should be very, very good!!

The other interesting thing to see is that of the approximately 800,000 people who have listed their picks on the yahoo grids only 2 picked all 32 round one games correctly.
