Another option might be to open it as a kind of broker for podcasts. That way should real life ambush a given ENworld podcaster, the others will still be there to keep the fires burning.

You could charge a subscription fee for the podcasts or something to help with bandwidth costs.

On the subject of podcasts, is there a good tutorial out there on the various tools that can be used to create one? I'm all good with the audio editing aspect, I'm more interested in figuring out how to best try and record multiple people in multiple cities without having to record a conference call... I guess I'd be looking for info on online audio conferencing...
