Crown of Goblins for Ravenloft is where I started with campaigns.

Fearless Farrell didn't even survive creation before the ghouls killed him and then his teammates destroyed him.

I'm defiitely in the 25+ category. I was first exposed to gaming when I was around 10 to 12. By my mid teens I was the DM for my small group of friends.

Compared to many other posters in this thread, I'm a late comer... I begun playing in D&D in 1985. Before that, I had been "running" for some of my friends one on one "adventures" loosely inspired by computer text adventures. However those games that I ran could hardly be considered RPGs.
