[Epic] Improved spell capacity and the high lvl bard!

So far as epic Bards go, should an epic bard get epic spell casting? Consider:

-The bard takes improved spell capacity (multiple times, depending on the house rules), gaining spell slots up to 9th level.
-The bard keeps his Spellcraft skill well trained, giving him the pre requistit for epic spell casting.
-Can the bard now take Epic Spellcasting? He meets the requirments for the feat.

I believe that an epic bard should be able to get epic spellcasting, he just has to take improved spell capacity multiple times first.

Should the bard take Improved Spell Capacity? That's a simple answer: If he's getting only one spellcasting level out of it, just like every other class, then yes, but only if it suits him, obviously. If he's getting 3 or 29 spellcasting levels out of it because of a house rule, then quite naturally, that'll be a big ol' fat resounding "yes".
