Epic Psionics

Well, you CAN'T take it until at least level 27 anyway (requires Psicraft 30).

One other thing - Epic Psionic Focus (the SRD version, anyway) doesn't grant you an extra Focus (for that, get Psicrystal Containment, non-epic) - it just lets you use up your focus to greater effect.

That, and, you know - "Good" <> "Ideal"

Also, Intensify is great for when the DM rules that most feats apply separately (e.g., a Maximized and Twinned 10d6 power gives you a maximized 10d6 (60) and a normal 10d6 (avg 35)) by extrapolating from Maximize and Empower. Depends on the DM, as always.

For that matter, Intensify was just for an example application.

As for limits on Epic Psions, well, they can't ever get bonus power points for their stats over level 20 (unlike Sor/Wiz/Clr/Bard/Et cetera who get bonus spell slots if they have a sufficient bonus to get them bonus slots that high if they take Improved Spell Capacity), even though they get bonus power points from an otherwise equivalent feat (Improved Manifestation). So sure, that level 30 Psion can (with Overchanneling) spend 33 PP on a single power for gobs of damage, but can do maxed powers progressively less often as level increases while a traditional caster's falloff in that respect is less pronounced.

I think another couple easy feats would be Epic Psionic Endwoment, which would add a +3 to DCs, and Epic Power Penetration, which would add a +12 to defeat power resistance.

Yup, I assumed that the Psion had PC, like all psions I know, at least.

My numbers in favour of the Empower+Twin are based on this ruling.

Absolutely right. This is discussed in a sidebar of the XPH if I recall correctly.

They are nice, but they expend psionic focus and require the lower versions. For a real DC monkey though, you can take Epic Psionic Focus and then expend two foci to use all three Endowments at once for +6 DC.

INTENSIFY SPELL [METAMAGIC][EPIC]
Prerequisites: Empower Spell, Maximize Spell, Spellcraft 30 ranks, ability to cast 9th-level arcane or divine spells.
Benefit: All variable, numeric effects of an intensified spell are maximized, then doubled

Oh, I was thinking Intensify Spell was the one which increased the dice cap for spells (Enhance spell, in fact). That's what I get for having my books at home andmy internet connection in the office.
